For those who prefer to do their inner work privately, Donna offers day intensives designed for deep emotional, spiritual and somatic healing.
1:1 Intensives
For those who prefer to do their inner work on a private 1:1 basis, I offer the opportunity to work with me directly for 1-2 day intensives in Seaford, East Sussex.
This experience allows you to work deeply on whatever life issues you may bring, such as childhood wounding, relationship issues, inner emotional blockages, challenging life transitions and unprocessed grief.
Each intensive will be individually planned to meet your needs and may include rituals (sometimes in nature), somatic body work, cathartic release, visualisation, and meditation. In addition, there is a deep body work session included (ideally in advance of our 1:1) and provided by a trusted and highly experienced practitioner called Gillian Steer. (Additional cost)
One online session is in advance of the intensive for questions and preparation, and the other will be arranged after our 1:1 intensive for integration and any next steps.
The body work session with Gillian costs an additional £250 for 2 hours and payment and arrangements are made directly with Gill.
If you require accommodation, we have a cosy, quiet bedroom with ensuite by the sea that we can put you in touch with. Just ask.
A £750 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and the agreed dates.
The Cost: My fees start from £2,000 per day for a maximum of 6 hours 1:1 therapeutic work, plus two online 1:1 sessions of up to 30 minutes each.

Staying Awake
Staying Awake is a 6 month package working with me 1:1 on your Spiritual Awakening.
The programme includes 6 x 60 minute online sessions with me over 6 months (1 per month), regular WhatsApp voice note exchanges to support you to stay awake, plus various rituals, spiritual practices and recommended reading/viewing material to encourage you to continue growing, expanding and deepening into Life.
The package has an overall focus on viewing your life experiences and challenges through a more ’Soulful’ lens. Looking beyond the small ego stories of our life circumstances, into discovering what lessons, gifts and deeper meanings are wrapped up within them. The sessions vary according to the needs of each person, but the intention is always to go beyond the obvious into living life led by Love and Spirit. Underpinning our work together includes creating/strengthening your spiritual practice, alongside your relationship with the natural world. These 2 key elements will ultimately give you both roots and wings.
The Cost: £1,950
