This is my signature programme and the ultimate package for all those walking an awakening path.

In all awakening processes there is a need for consistent guidance and support along the way, to avoid us falling back to sleep. A hand to steady you, a guiding light to steer you, and when required, a loving nudge to help you reawaken and continue to move forward. All from someone who has walked the same path before you. This programme is therefore my offering as a Trainee Elder, for up to 9 people who are ready and humble enough to be guided, challenged, and Loved into their own awakening. 

It is only suitable for those who are ready to get down and dirty and surrender to their own wisdom. It won’t always be pleasant staring your truth and shadows in the face, but if you dare, it will bring riches that far surpass your ego’s fears, tantrums, and resistance. 

I am inviting you to join me if you have already done some significant inner work on your healing and are now willing to dive deep and go low, to reach high, far, and wide. You must ultimately be prepared to fall deeply and madly in Love with Life, and then perhaps hardest of all, to let Life Love you right back.

1:1 Sessions: This is a 6 month package working with me 1:1 with 1 × 60 minute online session per month, plus 'homework', rituals and practices and regular WhatsApp support, for those already walking an awakening path. This is a natural follow on offering from Wakey Wakey, but that is not always the case.

For those who prefer to do their inner work on a private 1:1 basis, I offer the opportunity to work with me directly for 1-2 day intensives in Seaford, East Sussex. This experience allows you to work deeply on whatever life issues you may bring, such as childhood wounding, relationship issues, inner emotional blockages, challenging life transitions and unprocessed grief.

Each intensive will be individually planned to meet your needs and may include rituals (sometimes in nature), somatic body work, cathartic release, visualisation, and meditation. In addition, there is a deep body work session included (ideally in advance of our 1:1) and provided by a trusted and highly experienced practitioner called Gillian Steer. (Additional cost)

My fees start from £2,000 (+ VAT) per day for a maximum of 6 hours 1:1 therapeutic work, plus two online 1:1 sessions of up to 30 minutes each. One online session is in advance of the intensive for questions and preparation, and the other will be arranged after our 1:1 intensive for integration and any next steps.

The body work session with Gillian costs an additional £250 for 2 hours and payment is made to her, with arrangements made directly with Gill too.

Together with my colleague Gillian Steer, we have travelled the world, working with couples and individuals who need or desire a more private and bespoke healing experience. Gill works with the body (a.k.a. magic), and I do the other relational aspects including couples therapy, rituals, grief and soul work. To describe Gill as a massage therapist is to do her a major disservice. She also works with the breath, EFT and so much more. I describe Gill as ‘a body whisperer’, for when your body is ready, it will share with her your history and what is needed for you to fully heal.

The combination of our work together on the intensives seems to be the best fit for people. One without the other (especially with couples) feels like something gets missed. Gill supports the body and heart to open and heal, which makes my job so much easier, because I can work with people on a much deeper level, as their defences are lowered more quickly, so that they can return for the vulnerable, lost and afraid parts of themselves.

One of my favourite rituals with struggling couples is to ‘unmarry’ them, an energetic divorce (even if they are not married), so that they can find their way back to each other anew (or not). So many couples marriages or relationships are ‘past their use by date’ and need to be honoured and then lovingly laid to rest, in order for them both to have the space to grow as individuals and together, so that they can reconnect as a fresh partnership. Loving themselves and each other in a whole new way.

Of course this kind of work involves a big investment so not everyone can access this level of support.

An online gathering of like hearted souls who believe in growth, healing and awakening.

A group of open hearted people willing to support and learn from one and other, without the need to fix, give advice or care take. People who are ready to connect with and through the heart.

Each two-hour session will offer the opportunity for 2 people to be the focus of our collective wisdom. Each of these 2 people will bring a life challenge or block to Love that they are currently facing. During a brief exploration with Donna, the rest of the group will be witness and take notes on what they observe and learn from this focused conversation. 

Donna will then lead the whole group in a wisdom prayer to allow each of the group members to access their deep intuitive wisdom. They will then discuss and share this wisdom in small groups, to be offered as a beautiful gift to the 2 people we are focusing upon. 

The intention behind TWC is to allow time and space for people to gain support and healing in community, whilst also learning how to trust their own intuitive wisdom. Sessions are open to everyone, although not suitable for those struggling with severe mental health issues or addictions. 

Costs**:

• Central focus person (CFP) 2 places available = £50 reduced rate or £100 standard rate, (you decide which group you fit. We trust you.)

• Group support member (GSM) Up to 14 places available = £25 reduced rate or £45 standard rate, (you decide which group you fit. We trust you.)
